Flux Return Procedure
To return a product, please follow the steps outlined below.
- Contact our Customer Service team at support(at)fluxchargers.com detailing your issue. Please make sure to include your order #.
- A team member will review your case, and issue a refund or send another unit as you deem appropriate.
Note: All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact, and all components and manuals. Product that is returned incomplete, or damaged will not be accepted and won't be refunded.
