17 Best Smartphones with Largest Battery Capacity [2019 List]

There’s nothing worse than running out of battery, especially when you need your phone to call a friend, or call an Uber. If your smartphone runs out of battery, the only other way to call an Uber is to log onto your computer and use its browser (considering you have WiFi). Smartphone batteries typically last the average users about one full day before dying. However, often times this is not enough, especially due to the increasingly crucial integration smartphone apps continue to have in our everyday lives.

That is why it is important to pick a smartphone that won’t die on you when you need it most. Let’s take a look at the top smartphones for battery life:

Caveats when choosing your smartphone

Although each phone features a solid amount of charge in terms of pure mAh, it is important to take into account the rate of consumption that each phone features. A certain phone may feature more mAh initially, but will burn through it’s battery much faster due to a larger screen or a stronger processor.

Regardless, my top pick from these phones is the new iPhone 7 Plus as it has 2,900 mAh that not only is a lot of battery life - but it ultimately lasts over 20 hours of average use. This is much more than any heavy user would need. Apple’s iPhone 7 models pack a large battery that outlasts everything except the Samsung Galaxy Note 7. So if you’re looking for purely battery size, then you should go with one of these two.

Of course, battery size won't really matter if you buy a portable charger ;)

Hey I just wanted to help out. The Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge has a 3,600 mah battery, not 2,600.
